First; You want to expedite your claim. Improperly completed paperwork delays your claim.
Second; You want to have any and all forms and documentation presented 1st time you file.
The nice thing is there are local offices in most areas, where qualified people help you for Free. In addition, there are Mobile Services in many of these areas if you cannot go to them. Lastly, Mobile Services that schedule Days to Help Sign up and Answer Your Questions at local locations. For example; last year, the DAV sponsored a day at my Elks Lodge in Garden Grove.
